- The Firebird Suite by Igor Stravinsky
- The Garden of Cosmic Speculation
- On a Wire for sextet and orchestra by Jennifer Higdon
Highlight of the evening was the On a Wire commissioned composition played by the eight blackbird ensemble. This group now in its 15th season has won many awards. It will soon perform this same music with the Cleveland Symphony.
